These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dillonevans.org and the teaching, courses, memberships, products, and messaging offered by Dr. Dillon Evans ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Use of this site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial study and ministry. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or areas that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.

Teaching and content

Sermons, courses, articles, prayers, prayer books, videos, and other materials on this site are owned by Dillon Evans and Nina Evans unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links and to quote brief portions with attribution. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute paid course or membership content.

Courses, memberships, and purchases

Courses, memberships, and products are sold through Squarespace's checkout. Prices and what each purchase includes are shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime through your account; cancellation stops future charges. For questions about an order or a refund, email dr@dillonevans.org.

Text messaging program

  • Program name: Dillon Evans ministry updates.
  • Description: text messages announcing new Bible teaching, courses, podcast episodes, prayer resources, and ministry events.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent: signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

The teaching on this site is offered for spiritual instruction and encouragement. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional counseling advice.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.
