This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. Dillon Evans Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit dillonevans.org, subscribe to email or text updates, take a course, or make a purchase.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you send through our forms.
  • Purchase and membership information: details needed to process orders, courses, and memberships. Payments are handled by our payment processors through Squarespace; we do not store your full card number.
  • Usage information: basic site analytics and cookies collected by Squarespace, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use your information

  • To send the email and text updates you signed up for
  • To deliver courses, memberships, and purchases
  • To answer your questions and requests
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text updates, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. We use it only to send the ministry updates you requested.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and ministry, such as Squarespace (website, email, and text messaging) and payment processors, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you are subscribed or as long as we need it to provide what you requested, and as required by law. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending messages to you.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing dr@dillonevans.org .

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
